Where Can I Find Floor Tiles?: Oceanfront La Jolla Homes

Sandy Beach Floor Tiles Bring the Ocean Feel to Your Oceanfront La Jolla Homes

If you're looking for appropriate floor tiles for an indoor pool area at your oceanfront La Jolla homes, or perhaps you just want a little whimsy for a bathroom, then check out the Beach Series from Imagine Tile. I have heard many home owners refer to their flooring color as "sand", but honestly, this is as close to the real thing as you can get, without the mess! And the best part is, you can order just the right amount to install in your oceanfront La Jolla homes.

"The Beach Series consists of eight tiles, four of purposely varying sand and four of sand with accent shells. Beach Sand creates the feeling of a broad expanse of a sandy beach while Beach Shells adds an even more realistic touch when randomly placed in a field of Beach Sand. Beach Shells can also be used to highlight a room feature or guide foot traffic."

  • You can get either pattern in 8" x 8" or 12" x 12" sizes and with an abrasive or standard finish. (The rougher finishes are smart for pool decks or anywhere you're likely to be walking on the tiles wet and barefoot.)

  • Imagine Tile has recently added the Beach Series to its line of stock ceramic wall and floor tiles. "Requests from the design community for tiles to communicate the feeling of a pristine, sandy beach environment provided the momentum for this project."

Both patterns are available in 12" x 12" and 8" x 8" with either a standard or abrasive finish.

Swimming pools, like this indoor pool in Amsterdam, Holland and one of the first installations of the Beach Series, are an interesting milieu for the Beach Series. However, the patterns are intended for use in any commercial or residential space where the objective is to create the bright, inviting feel of a beach.
