The Heritage Place in La Jolla, California

THE HERITAGE PLACE IN LA JOLLA

The Heritage Place in La Jolla California is a vacation property located only two and a half blocks from Sea Lane Beach and is only a three minute drive to the well know La Jolla Shores.  There is a combination of three cottages available for rent and if rented all together, can sleep up to 22 people.

The Yellow Cottage was built in 1895 and was renovated by a local historian and her husband in 1980.  It can sleep 2 - 5 people in it's two bedrooms.  The cottage has also been featured in Better Homes and Gardens magazine.

The Corey House cottage was once the home to the first female doctor in La Jolla.  It can sleep 2 - 4 people in it's one large, loft bedroom.  It is located just two and a half blocks from Windansea Beach.

The largest of the three cottages is Heritage Place.  It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and can sleep from 2 - 13 people.  It is perfect for a larger family or large group.  This home became available as a vacation rental in March of this year.

All three cottages come furnished.  It includes all your linens (sheets, blankets, towels, etc...).  The kitchens contain all the dishes, glasses, pots, pans and utensils that you may need during your stay.

The Heritage Place in La Jolla has just been listed for sale for the hefty sum of $5 million with partnership options
