Meet the Gellens Team

 

This well-known and highly regarded real estate sales team, made up of mother Maxine, her daughter Marti, and six assistants, has sold thousands of luxury homes in San Diego county since the two became partners in Maxine's thriving and successful real estate business in 1994.

Their perennial success is attributable to Maxine's aggressiveness and many years of solid sales experience, combined with Marti's astute business sense and sharp negotiating skills. 

They were among the first real estate agents in San Diego to embrace technology, and realize the power and potential of the Internet in their business, by launching one of the first real estate web sites to offer virtual tours of their listed properties. They were Prudential Real Estate Associates' number one national producers in 1995 and 1998, and have received its prestigious Pinnacle Award for Top 10 ranking 11 times in the past 12 years among the nearly 58,000 Prudential Real Estate agents nationwide. Their 2004 sales performance, in which they closed on 92 properties with gross sales of over $221 million earned them the number two ranking nationally of Prudential Real Estate Associates. This earned them Prudential's Chairman Circle Diamond Award for ranking number one among Prudential real estate agents in La Jolla for the 10th consecutive year.
