RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Call Center Technical Representative will be responsible for the following:
Function as a call center representative supporting Internet based software across all fifty states, you will initially be responsible for handling inbound phone and written communications from customers regarding our Claim Intelligence product. You will answer questions, explain the application, and provide troubleshooting as required. Inbound communications will be in the form of telephone calls, e-mail, or IM messaging in the application. Customer contacts will often be interactive with customers seeking immediate resolution to most issues.
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction with the solution systems and our service team. Should the customers¡¦ needs not be fulfilled immediately, you will be responsible for outbound customer updates until the needs are fulfilled. You will log all customer calls, information, help requests and solutions rendered into our call tracking system.
The successful candidate must be quick-thinking, self-directed, and able to independently trouble-shoot problems and issues. In addition, he/she must:
Communicate explanations, instructions, and feedback orally and in written communication to customers in response to their inquiries.
Troubleshoot technical issues, reproduce defects, and communicate problems to Engineering
Capturing customer feedback, creating reports, and explaining software bugs in issue tracking logs. You will log all customer calls, information, and help requests into our call tracking system.
Maintaining excellent availability to customers; to include occasional after-hours responses.
Help communicate customer feedback and needs to internal management.
Key to success is a high attention to detail, proactive problem solving, and a superb commitment to customer service.
EXPERIENCE This is not an entry-level position. Successfully candidates will possess:

Bachelors Degree

The overall goal of this teaming is to facilitate efficiency in LIAI’s pre-award program for extramural research grants, contracts and fellowships. <br> • Assist in completing and submitting all necessary protocols to appropriate LIAI committees (IRB, IBC, ACC) and maintaining record of current protocol numbers. <br> • Prepare/maintain CV’s and biosketch documents for division research staff. <br> • Collects biosketches from all key personnel, significant contributors and/or consultants, following specific timeline provided by OSR. <br> • Final assembly of applications: completion of table of contents, inclusion of scientific portion, page numbering and biosketches. <br> • Makes copies of grant applications and mails to funding agency on or before submission deadline (exception is electronic submission of NIH grants.) <br> • Makes necessary copies of submitted grant applications for Research Administration, Vivarium and Bio Safety to assure appropriate award tracking and reporting. <br> • Maintain PI files on each pending, funded, and terminated grants for specific divisions. <br> • May assist in monitoring due dates of grant applications and progress reports; the primary responsibility for this resides with OSR. <br> • If designated by the PI, may review funding and spending patterns of accounts with OSR and Accounting for review with PI’s (i.e. monthly animal charges, supplies purchasing) and maintenance of current grant accounting numbers. <br> Intellectual Property: <br> • Assists faculty with material transfer agreements (provide IP with third party agreement, enter request online, etc.) <br> <br> Leveling Requirements <br> <br> High School diploma or equivalent. Four of the rooms have windows;, and all have lights, but only three of the 6 lights are presently working (missing bulbs). This ring has about a half carat diamond and a 24k gold band. The cut is round brilliant and the setting is traditional. The size is a 6 I believe. This ring was never used as an engagement ring it was just a nice gift. Sudatonic Slimming System
The Sudatonic creams comprise a range of unique products containing essential oils which activate the physiological processes of exchanges and elimination and by their synergy of action yield (consumption) of thermosudation. Sudatonic Slimming System
The Sudatonic creams comprise a range of unique products containing essential oils which activate the physiological processes of exchanges and elimination and by their synergy of action yield (consumption) of thermosudation. These technical advantages make the most effective slimming method using thermosudation, whatever the sudation accessory used. The only active compounds containing essential oils which are neither greasy nor sticky, and which are eliminated with sudation.
The Sudatonic system functions by applying an extra layer of skin onto the patient using Sudatonic creams, whose only active ingredient are essential oils. Anytime the human body is heated the natural bodily reaction is to sweat to cool down. The extra layer of skin makes this a little more difficult for the body, so fat cells are broken down to help push the sweat out. Obesity and cellulite result from poor diet and poor microcirculation. The first sign of poor microcirculation is excess water retention, and SUDATONIC first eliminates excess water, then attacks excess fat.
As fat accumulates in the fat lobes underneath the skin, the lobes become disfigured, turning into octagonal shapes, leading to cellulite. This prevents proper nutrient flow (microcirculation) in addition to the unsightly 'orange peel' exterior left on the skin.
After the SUDATONIC creams are applied, a special heating blanket is wrapped around the patient, and fat cells are broken down as the sweat is pushed through the extra layer of skin. As the body heats up it attempts to sweat to cool down, but the sweat molecules cannot penetrate the 2nd skin.
The body, needing to sweat to cool down, calls on the fat lobes to release adipocytes so they can be burned to fuel the oppressed perspiration. In essence the body now burns the fat so that it is able to sweat!
So the Sudatonic method attacks cellulite by forcing the body to burn adipocytes within the fat lobes to fuel the ejection of perspiration through the skin's surface. As the overly large adipocytes are removed from the fat lobes, the fat lobes revert back to their normal shape, flattening the skin. The smaller adipocytes allow lymph to once again reach the skin's surface, bringing with them valuable nutrients as well as washing away toxins and waste. The result is slimmer, healthier, radiant, more sensitive skin!
