Naval Operational Experimentation Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support the planning, execution and reporting on Navy FORCEnet operational experiments.
· Work with supporting and participating organizations to create an experiment environment to define C4ISR related objectives and provide the means to evaluate them resulting in quantitative objective results.
· Manage operational experimentation efforts to include coordination with the government organizations which support the event.
· Development of experiment schedule including planning milestones and deadlines, execution milestones
· Working with Fleet representatives to schedule experiment support for both ship and shore platforms.
· Ensuring participating technology providers, both government and commercial industry, are providing the required information and documentation to meet experiment deadlines.
· Responsible for supervising experiment execution which may include embarking on US ships during the event.
· Preparing reports and briefings, including flag level briefs on experiment methodology and results.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor degree from an accredited program in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Business.
· (5) years experience as the lead or deputy lead for directing and managing Navy operational experimentation. Including experience supervising the identification of metrics and data requirements, data planning, data collection, analysis and reporting of experiment results.
· Experience with the Navy Sea Trial process including working with Naval Warfare Development Command, Naval Network Warfare Command, Navy Systems Commands and, Numbered Fleet Staffs to identify capability gaps and the technological or methodological (CONOPS/TTPs) solutions to be examined in specific experiments.
· Ten (10) years experience with Navy or Department of Defense experimentation involving C4ISR systems. Including operational experience utilizing Navy C4ISR systems at multiple command levels- tactical, operational and strategic.
· Must be a US Citizen

Position: Senior Systems Engineer - Naval Systems
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for designing and setting up laboratory based Risk Reduction Limited Objective Experiment (RR LOE) emulation of shore and ship systems to support risk testing of experiment systems.
· Coordinating with focus area leads and technology providers to define the experiment system equipment, integration points with existing Navy systems as well as integration points with other experimental systems participating in an experiment.
· Responsible for maintaining the RR LOE networks during the RR LOE and supporting experiment systems achieving RR LOE objectives by providing appropriate data collection.
· Identifying requirements for laboratory systems to connect with operational sites in order to properly assess or determine technical risks.
· Assessing if experimental systems are sufficiently mature for operational experimentation.
· Determine if the existing communication systems and command and control systems on participating experiment platforms (afloat and ashore) and determine the technical and operational architectures required to support connection of the experimental systems for an event.
· Planning for all Navy, Joint and Coalition participants and their associated networks and equipment involved in the event and advising technology providers of COP requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· BS engineering or other technical degree required.
· Five (5) years experience in conducting Navy laboratory and operational experimentation in C4ISR systems. Including designing and creating laboratory based emulations of Navy operational systems and networks to support laboratory assessment.
· Five (5) years experience in conducting Navy operational experimentation in C4ISR systems including systems associated with Command and Control including GCCS-M.
· Experience in integrating multiple systems using multiple networks to display command and control information at the staff and unit level.
· Experience identifying and conducting data collection requirements for systems connected using Navy networks such as SIPRNET and NIPRNET.
· Must be a US Citizen
PLUSSES
· Networking engineering credentials to include CCIE, CCNP, CCDP, CCSP, CISSP, N+, IAM.

Debris “Round Up” Rates (Items spread around yard or indoors):
$120 for 2 cu. yards of debris (pickup truck load) plus a round up fee starting at $20 and will go up depending on obstacles and amount of debris.
Loads larger than 7 cu. yards will be discounted but will have a round up fee starting at $50.
Serving all of San Diego County.
Major appliances (fridges, washers, dryers, hot water heaters etc) are accepted. There is no longer an extra fee for these items.
