restructuring in 2008. Property taxes paid by nonitemizers are also subject to
additional standard deductions amounting to $500 for single filers and $1,000
for joint filers.

For those who are purchasing their first La Jolla luxury home property, a full
credit of $8,000 is provided under the Worker, Homeownership and Business
Assistance Act of 2009. This is applicable granting that an eligible taxpayer
must buy, or enter into a binding contract on or before April 30, 2010. Aside
from this, state and local sales tax or, state and local income tax (whichever
is greater) can also be deducted.

For La Jolla luxury home owners who are
also educators, a deduction of $250 for out-of -pocket job expenses is also
applicable. At the same time, tuition and school fees deduction is another way
to keep those pennies in. A deduction of up to $4, 000 is legal if it's used
toward college. (A modified adjusted gross income not amounting to more than
$80,000, or $160,000 for joint filers, is a requirement to be eligible,
though.)

      <description>La Jolla Luxury Home buyers and sellers both have a reason
to rejoice, as the recent sales statistics from Sandicor.com indicates that the
real estate market in La Jolla, San Diego is on the rise.
&#160;
The La Jolla Luxury Real Estate Market has perked up over
the last year as compared to January 2009's 330 active listings, this January
2010 only has 270 active listings left, signalling that La Jolla Luxury homes
are selling, and they are selling fast. Further sign of the upturn is that those
270 active listings last month had an average listing price of $3,525,635,
compared to December 2009's median listing price of $3,355,241, and January
2009's $3,350,790.
&#160;
La Jolla Luxury Sellers are also optimistic of the real
estate market as the 39 new listings last month had an average listing price of
$2,614,511, up from the average listing price of $2,457,757 same month, last
year.
&#160;
The average listing price of sold listings has also
improved slightly. December 2009 had an average sold listing price of $1,945,107
while January 2010 had a climbing $1,963,807.
&#160;
While the average sales price, $1,775,682, is still below
that of the average listing price, this only indicates that La Jolla, San Diego
is still a buyer's market, and that buying a home now is a very good
investment.

while January 2010 had a climbing $1,963,807.</p>

is still a buyer's market, and that buying a home now is a very good
